Bonsai Workshop
“Create Your Own Bonsai”
When: Saturday, March 30, 2024
Time: 10 A.M. to 12 Noon
or
1 P.M. to 3 P.M.
Cost: $85 per person
Students in this workshop will learn to create and care for their own bonsai. They will begin by choosing a bonsai start from a selection of bonsai starters. Then, using the tree they selected, along with a pot, soil, and wire (all supplied), students will build and train their own bonsai. At the conclusion of the workshop, students will keep the bonsai they created.
The $85 fee per person for this workshop covers all instruction and materials, excluding tools. We will provide tools for you to use, but at the conclusion of the workshop, these tools will remain the property of Wolftrap Nursery. If you have your own favorite tools, please bring them. Please also bring a pen and paper if you wish to take notes. Finally, please arrive a few minutes early so you can get settled and to allow the workshop to start on time.
Attendance is limited to 20 people, and beginners are welcome. Please pay in advance to reserve your seat.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 7 days before the workshop, we will either reschedule you to a later workshop or refund your deposit. If you cancel within 7 days of the workshop or if you become a “no-show”, you will forfeit your deposit.
